The license has two types. Individual license and Team license.
The merchant of record is Gumroad (they do taxes for us), but this license applies between the customer and us.

Customer = a single developer using the license for his own projects.
The customer may not share access to the package with other people, e.g. coworkers or friends — if they don't have a license. If they do have a license, working on a project together is allowed.

Customer = a company, i.e. a single legal entity that employs people to work on projects owned by the company (or developed for clients of the company).
Individual developers of the company may not use the Lean Admin for their personal products unless they own an Individual license.
There's no limit on the amount of team members that a company can have.
We're very much aware of how this could lead to abuse, but we don't want to make things complex and annoying for everyone just because a few customers will act in bad faith. Hence the clause at the bottom about our right to cancel a purchase.
General terms apply. All restrictions apply not only to the company, but also its employees. Usage rights (accessing our GitHub and releases) are extended to all employees.
